Been there eh?  Might get there again before we leave Asia.  The best hotel was
the Marriot.  I've not been disapointed by Marriot hotels in Asia yet for the
price though elsewhere they aren that reliable.

I knew the name as other but I'm not sure if there is a main difference in what
it really is.

Thats true.  The docks are in a dead zone of anything at all.  I went to the
big mall each time as thats where our bus dropped us off.  Oh, once to the
'seamans center' (Bar) for a party for a departing shipmate.

(wear jeans).  Gosh, you were lucky.  I was there in summer.  Horridly hot
place to be in summer.  125F sometimes but normally cooler at 113F.  I think
once I saw an early morning that was a mere 95F but that didnt last long.

I was deployed to the gulf from AUG2004-MAY2005.

That happens.  I never got to Canada again after that one trip on the Stennis.

The one time I was about to meet Michael Loo, I had to go to work that night
(working trip, didnt get done til after midnight as i recall).  Washington
state but I was off in the boonies doing a computer security review of3
installations (none Navy).
