We got something similar. It has to be rinsed every 3 months but the
packaging said it would last up to 6 years of use.  Considering we'll be
gone in less than 2 years, it should work for us.

This would not go as high as a Cat 4; I'd give it a 2 at best.  OTOH, in
HI, we had wires strung between a couple of heavy T poles.  That should
have withstood a major blow, as well as the quarters which were concrete
block.

 GJ> Yes, that does no harm.  Much of Australia has an Arizona climate.

Southern AZ climate; the northern part has more of a seasonal (including
heavy snows in winter) climate.  But, we liked the southern area. (G)

Yes; it's mostly the extra income thing.  Paula and her brother feature
good home style southern cooking; nothing fancy but filling.  We were
out this past Saturday and picked up the stuff for the Key lime pie
which we'll probably make tomorrow.

Iron Chef Maurimoto did a shabu-shabu pot last night.  The secret
ingredient was chilis so in the beginning of the show, he was tasting
several as he cut them up, not being familiar with them. He was shown
spitting out a jalapeno & rinsing his mouth.  All in all, he did quite
well, beating the challenger on taste but losing out by one point
because of not enough originality and plating creativity.  One of the
judges was a female Japanese food writer/critc; she had a hard time
dealing with some of the dishes and the heat in them.
