I'm almost never that bad off.  It's happened once or twice, but there are
times when I'm the most able-bodied person in the room when I'm with some
of my friends.  That ought to scare you...it certainly scares me.

I'm a lactose junkie.  I love the greek-style stuff when I can spring for
it; it usually costs twice as much as the regular stuff.

Beet sugar maybe, but no HFCS.  I usually drink the diet version if I'm out
somewhere, if for no other reason than to avoid the gunk.
