The holding ranges are supposed to be below 41 F or above 135 F.

The Americans are Neekha's other grandparents, the ones that raised
her mom and made her what she is today, and no I don't brag about it.

We just had four inches of snow yesterday. Winter has arrived a
month early here.

A certain politician has been recently slammed (yet again) for not
addressing the issue seriously. This time even China and India
agreed air pollution had to be controlled and criticized his
cavalier attitude.

These were popular many years ago, cooked to mimic the "black and
sooty appearance of everything animate and inanimate in Pittsburgh"
(the City Directory of 1826). They are reported to be "quite good".

Cook steaks rare in the normal fashion. About a minute before they
are done, place steaks within 1/2" of the heat. Cook until the
surface of the steak is charred to a crisp. The inside should remain
quite rare and juicy. The more Pittsburgh Style you like your
steaks, the earlier you should put them close to the heat.
