 Ha! Thanks for making a suggestion, but it isn't
 a real old motherboard, as far as I know. I think
 I got this box around 1999-2000, on sale because
 it was already set up with Win98 and the next
 great thing in Windows was already out and being
 loaded on new systems. And I can't find a "make"
 on it. I think it might have been custom-assembled
 for the university-affiliated shop UBMicro for
 students and staff to buy with the preferred
 softwares of the Uni preloaded. There is a model
 number on it, and "Made in China". And no manual
 came with, just a graphic showing where to plug
 in the peripherals.

 I should have shopped around more, but I was tempted
 by the sale price (plus I got a discount on that as
 a Uni staff member) since my then computer was in
 the shop for surgery to fix what a lightning strike
 did to the serial port the (fried) modem had been
 on. It makes me nuts now not to have a computer handy!

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Broccoli with Pine Nuts and Olives
 Categories: Vegetables, Non-dairy
      Yield: 4 Servings

      3 lg Stalks of broccoli (about
           -1 1/2 lb)
      2 T  Pine nuts
      1 T  Extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 c  Sliced pitted Kalamata
           -olives
           Black pepper as needed

     Cut off and discard tough lower stems of broccoli (1 to 2 inches
  from bottom). Trim leaves; discard. Quarter stalks lengthwise.
  Separate stalks from florets; cut stalks diagonally in approximately
  2-inch pieces. Blanch stems and florets until tender. If finishing
  preparation later, shock in ice water, drain and refrigerate. If
  ready to serve, drain and continue.
     Heat large skillet on Mediu,-High. Saute pine nuts (do not add oil)
  until toasted and lightly browned, remove from pan. Pour olive oil
  into skillet. Add about 2 Tbsp blanching water (or hot tap water) to
  skillet. Return skillet to heat; add broccoli to skillet along with
  pine nuts and olives. Season with black pepper. Saute until heated
  through, about 5 minutes, spooning pan juices over broccoli.
