  OK -- that sounds like you are still stuck.   Army term is SNAFU.
  Sorry to hear it all.   We managed quite well when we returned to our
  house after an overseas tour, but realize that not every one is as
  lucky.  Some friends of ours found out that their house was empty when
  the mortgage company sent them a letter about non-payment.   Seems
  that the police entered the house through the front door, and the real
  estate agent who was managing the property never informed them.  But
  since the agent was no longer collecting rent, they did not pay the
  bills.  ARGGH.


MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Shepherd's Pie
 Categories: Meat, Main dish, Low cal
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 md Baking potatoes
    1/4 c  Skim milk
      2 ts Margarine
    1/8 ts Pepper
      1 ds Salt
           Vegetable cooking spray
      1 lb Ground turkey
  1 1/2 c  Chopped onion
    1/2 c  Chopped carrot
      2 tb Flour
      1 c  Water
      3 tb Tomato paste
      1 ts Beef bouillon granules
  1 1/3 c  Frozen mixed vegetables
    1/4 ts Pepper
 
  :      Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1/2-inch pieces.
  Cook the potatoes in boiling water about 10 minutes or until very
  tender.  Combine in a bowl with the next 4 ingredients: beat with an
  electric mixer on medium speed about a minute or until smooth.  Set
  aside. :      Coat a large skillet with cooking spray, and place over
  medium-high heat until hot.  Add the ground turkey, onion, and
  carrot: cook until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble.  Drain and
  pat dry with paper towels.
  :      Return mixture to the skillet: stir in the flour.  Add 1 cup
  water, tomato paste, and bouillon granules: cook 4 minutes, stirring.
  Stir in the frozen vegetables and pepper.  Reduce heat, cover, and
  cook for 10 minutes.
  :      Spoon the turkey mixture into a 1-1/2 quart casserole.  Top
  with the potato mixture, spreading to cover.  Draw a fork over the
  top to make a crisscross pattern.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or
  until the potatoes are lightly browned.  Each serving contains 356
  calories and 7.5 grams of fat.
