I'm of two minds about the guy. Okay, he used steroids and
was either dumber than dirt (a possibility) or lied about it
(a greater possibility). But there's no consensus on whether
he violated any rules ... of course the rule of fair play
would dictate that anything beyond coffee or booze was
forbidden, but I believe that rule was repealed sometime in
the last millennium. And one faces the fact that not one in
a million people (and perhaps not more than one in several
hundred major leaguers) has the eye and the coordination to
do what he has done, drugs or no.

Speaking of which, I bulked up about to the same degree,
percentagewise, as Barroid did during my 30s and early 40s,
including some unexplainable shoulder musculature, and no
steroids for me.

Title: Chocolate Mousse & Raspberries

Chocolate Mousse & Raspberries

4        ozs.        unsweetend baking chocolate, broken into pieces
14       ozs.        Sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2        tsp.        vanilla
2        cups        cold whipping cream
                     Raspberry topping (recipe below)

In heavy saucepan over medium low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened
condensed milk, stir in vanilla.  Pour into large bowl; cool to room
temperature, about 1 1/2 hours.  Beat until smooth.  In large mixer bow,
eat cream until stiff; fold into chocolate mixture.  Spon into desert
dishes.  Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.  Serve with Raspberry
topping.  Refrigerate liftovers.
8 servings

Raspberry Topping:  Drain 1 10oz. thawed package frozen red raspberries,
reserving syrup.  In small sauce pan, stir togther 2/3 cup reserved
syrup, 1/4 cup red currant jelly or red raspberry jam and 1 tablespoon
cornstarch.  Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
and clear.  Stir in raspberries.  About 1 1/3 cups.
