Hi Ruth,

I didn't have the tv or fridge but had boxes of books, bedding and other
stuff.  I always had a mug & spoon, Tang, cocoa mix, tea, etc included.
I think that mug (a NY Mets one) is still at my parent's house.

-> in Switzerland with friends, it was more fun even tho it rained most all
-> of the time.  That was the trip when Joe spilled the spaghetti sauce

We didn't know it by that name; we called it "chilighetti" or
"spaghatilli" or some other nonsense name.  We also called it good food.

I know what you mean; I can't sit for very long with a pen and paper at
a meeting or something without using them for other than note taking
purposes. (G)  If it's paperwork I have to fill out, I don't draw on it
but other stuff is fair game.

-> No, we've not been to the CVS store yet.

 RH> Rite Aid and Walgreens have rebate programs too, if you have those.

We have them too but don't usually go.  Stopped at one on Halloween for
something quick because we were out and the PX was closed.  It was
actually rather quiet in the store and the few employees we saw, were
not costumed.

That's what I did last time I made one but made the cover from an old
bath towel.  Used velcro on both sides of the top so the inner bag
wouldn't collapse to the bottom.

Had my first appointment with my new pulminologist yesterday; I think he
will be easy to work with.  He was impressed with my record keeping,
asthma action plan, general overall understanding of asthma care and
that I do treat it on an ongoing basis, rather than only whenever I have
an attack.

I know; I don't want to get to that point.  As is, now I can get around
the kitchen with everything the right height.  With a wheelchair, that
would be hard to do in these quarters--we'd have to buy a house and
retro-fit it.

 RH> Big boxes.  I found a long skinny one in a Hallmark department
 RH> recently - finally.  A 1950s Steiff alligator turned up in a Sally Ann

Should have checked a florist.  Is it a Florida gater?

He hasn't bought into that one yet.  Right now his biggest is "are you
sure you can use one with your foot the way it is?" --and I cna't give
him a definative answer; best I can do is "I don't know until I try" and
he's not willing to yield enough to let me try.  I have to find one tho,
to try it.
