Which reminds me of the McDonald's slogan "I'm lovin' it,"
which is rather freely translated into various languages
and plastered on its cups and napkins and stuff. The French
mistranslation is "C'est ‡a que j'm." I had to look twice
and blink several times before I figured out what that was.

Chinese Steamed Fish
cat: fish, Hawaiian
serves: 4

2 lb whole fish
3/4 c soy sauce
1 Tb sesame oil
1/4 c rice wine
2 Tb oyster sauce
1/2 c grated ginger root
1/2 c chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
1 c broccoli florets
1 c sliced carrots
Chinese parsley

Scale and clean fish. In a heatproof dish, combine soy sauce,
sesame oil, rice wine, and oyster sauce. Put a Tb each of
ginger and green onions in dish. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put 1/4 c each of ginger and green onions in cavity of fish.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; place in dish. Sprinkle
the remaining ginger and green onions over fish. Arrange
veggies around fish. Place in steamer, cover, and steam for
15-20 min or until done. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
