Interesting, we always considered the Chun King to be of a lesser
quality than La Choy. I think CK adds something to their soy sauce that
LC doesn't, that we object to--but don't have a bottle of CK to check
ingredients.

All of our major stuff is on wheels too. Because of the weight
restrictions, my health issues and such, we do check luggage for
anything more than  3 nights/4 days (like our trip to the Big Island) or
so.

The lasagne should be fine. The meatballs and bracciole won't be too
heavily seasoned--and that with Italian seasonings mainly. I just loaded
up the freezer basket with some of the "fixin's" I need to bring.
