I find Dynasty generally superior to La Choy and have no real track on Chun
King to match it with.  For soy sauces, I use Datu Puti only now. I used to
use Kikkoman but the flavor is inferior to datu puti and the sodium is 4x
datu puti. (Even 2x in the lite version!).

We probably both travel light compared to the non-military (MLoo excepted)
because we do it more often.  I'd do that Big Island trip with a backpack and
it wouldnt even be full.

I wouldnt worry about it.  She knows what her limits are and now i know why 
spicing was low as a kid.  It wasnt just cost and lack of cookery habits but
this was incipient even then. It's not the classic stuff apparently but
something a bit like it in symptoms?
