Freecycle is your friend when finding a home for old friends which deserve
better than the landfill. You might want to reconsider looking for a pasta
roller for your KitchenAid. I had one for a while (went to a Freecycle
recipient) which I replaced with an Atlas stand alone like Janis had at the end
of her counter at the picnic. I find it much more useful and convenient.

Sorry for your car troubles - glad you have the rental covered in your
warranty. Overall the Focus is a very nice car. Georgia had a Y2K ZX3 model -
first year things were wrong with it - but, Ford was very good about making
them right. Her only regret was not chosing the ZX5 model as it was hard for
her to get her granddaughter in and out of the car seat in the back with only
two doors in the ZX3.  Bv(=

     Title: Amy's Mexican Chicken

     Yield: 6 Servings

     4    chicken breasts; broiled,
          - cut up
     1 c  corn
     1 c  green peas
     1 c  kidney beans; mashed
   1/2 c  canned diced tomatoes 
          - w/chilies *
     1 c  instant potato flakes
     1 Tb picante sauce; pick your heat
     3 c  shredded cheddar cheese
     2 ts salt

* The 10 oz Ro-Tel can variety is perfect for this (UDD)

Broil the chicken breasts ahead of time and cut them into chunks.  Mix
the chicken and the rest of the ingredients, except 1 1/2 cups of the
cheddar. Spread the mixture in a large, shallow rectangular pan.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar over the mixture and bake in a 350
degree oven for 30  Broil the chicken breasts ahead of time and cut
them into chunks.

Mix the chicken and the rest of the ingredients, except 1 1/2 cups of
the cheddar. Spread the mixture in a large, shallow rectangular pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar over the mixture and bake in a 350
degree oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
