Ok, found it, thanks :)  Now I have to find someone who has it in stock
(grin).. shouldn't be a big deal though, I think.

Looks great :)  I like the size.. did you see the one I have with the chopping
block attached? Big and bulky, but it's handy.  I haven't tried that one on the
new sink in the island.. the one you just showed me looks like it will be great
to have though and will fit better.

I get a lot of roast critters (lamb, beef, pork) from the grass-fed farm folks
so it will be great to have.. they were at the Binghamton Farmer's market,
btw.. don't know if you noticed her stand though .. I meant to point it out to
you folks that day :(  It was her farm's pork roast that Michael cooked in your
vertisserie :)

I like uncleaned squid generally.. I still have a box of that (about 3-4 lbs)
in my freezer.  It's better to buy uncleaned for Italian food so that you get
the ink sacs.

Oh yes, Alex has been eating that since people left :)  He's spent the week
with us, so I was able to give a starving 12 year old plenty of good food :)
