Woulda coulda shoulda. Can't think of everything. Anyhow, we had
watermelon after you left. It was good.

It was just a bit under, not as sweet nor as stinky as it could

I wondered about that. Remember, I asked if you were sure you
wanted to get rid of it. I considered going out there and gorging
but was beginning to get durian burps and figured that eating any
more would cause durian nether flatulence as well, and that is no
a picnic, as you are aware.

Turkey-Bacon-Mushroom Burgers
cat: Arkansas, game, main
servings: 4

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts salt
1 egg
1/4 ts Liquid Smoke
8 sl bacon
4 portabella mushrooms
Olive oil
Ranch dressing

Fry bacon and set aside. Mix turkey, bread crumbs,
Worcestershire sauce, salt, egg and Liquid Smoke in a
bowl. Make into patties. Brush mushrooms with olive
oil. Place patties and mushrooms on grill. Grill on
medium until patties are well done and mushrooms are
soft. Coat hamburger buns with ranch dressing. Add
mushrooms, bacon and turkey burgers. Add lettuce,
tomato and onion, if desired.
