We still get paid only once a month so try to do the main shopping when
there's money in the account.  But, we've gone from 2 kids and an 18 c/f
freezer to 1 kid & a 10 c/f freezer to no kids and a 7.5 c/f freezer.
Working on emptying that out too.

You brought 3 bags, plastic would have filled up more than 3, hence the

He's obviously against saving the earth over saving a few cents on bag

But that's only part of it.  BTW, we went thru the same hog farm area as
we did 10 years ago on this trip, twice actually.  No overflowing hog
ponds either time so no overwhelming hog stench.  Steve bought 2 packs
of Canadian bacon the other night.
