Cheese always does that to me as well.. I've never tried the lactose intolerant
pills because I think mine is an allery to dairy.. I know I'm allergic to milk
so...

What a pia.. :(  I can eat cheese, etc. if I don't have a lot of dairy in one
day..  so I watch what I eat in that respect.  Sometimes, I don't watch haha
Then I pay.

Lol :)  Great description .... and when you think about it, that probably is
where it used to be stored in the old days (g).

hehe.. I can try that.  Though why would someone want to eat them.. I guess

Another one I rarely eat.. just because.. (g)

Yeah, they're still over-producing out there.  It must have been close to 80F
out there in the sun today.. beautiful weather.

==Chicken with Burgandy Wine==
2 chickens, cut up
flour
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce, or 4 fresh tomatoes cut up 1/2 cup burgundy
salt
pepper
4 fresh basil leaves, cut up
2 cloves garlic, minced
fresh parsley, chopped
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 pound mushrooms
locatelli romano cheese

Dredge chicken pieces in flour.  Heat oil in large skillet and brown the
chicken pieces.  Put the chicken pieces in a baking dish.  In small bowl, mix
tomato sauce, wine, and basil and salt and pepper to taste.  Add garlic to
skillet drippings and saute for 1/2 minute.  Add the pepper slices and
mushrooms to the skillet.  Stir fry for 5 minutes.  Add the sauce and simmer
for 3 minutes.  Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces.  Bake at 350F in the
baking dish covered with aluminum foil for 45 minutes. Serve with parsley and
cheese.
