I had my first when I was 21 -  My daughter came around 2 1/2 years later. But
I agree with you... I'm glad I did have them when I was young :)

I was going to, but my daughter suggested we get something delivered to the
house - So we ordered some veggie pizza :)  Everybody was happy with that..
even the little guy :)  He especially like eating all the broccolli off it <g>

Yes, it was great when they were living upstairs, and some days we miss having
them "around" <grin>. But they are really happy in Ithaca, so that's good :)

I guess that makes sense as well.. people would be used to seeing it that way

Don't blame you at all :) I haven't seen any deer around here this winter which
is good, but you never know with them.. My daughter told me she saw a whole
crowd of them in her yard though, about a few weeks ago..

hehehe that's true :)  Well, I grew up in Warwick, in Orange County.. Can you
believe my Dad wouldn't let me go to the festival??? <laugh>

Yep, old Max.  Ron grew up in Monticello :) I think he'd graduated from Hopkins
by the time of the festival.. I know he was living somewhere close to the farm
so he just "went" to the concert <g>.

Yes, that's certainly true.

They do last forever it seems.. :) My 9 1/2" frying pan is kinda wobbly shaped
I noticed though <grin>.. I just got a new range, and the pan kinda tilts..
well, it won't sit flat on the burner grill. :)  Probably time to retire them
:(  or get a new set ...

I think it's 36 for us :)  We are so bad with remembering our anniversary :) I
don't think we've remembered it once in all these years <grin>.  I guess we
just always knew this was it, a perfect match, and the actual ceremony didn't
mean that much to us :)  Ron's mother used to send us "happy anniversary" cards
and that's how we'd know, OOPS we missed it again <laugh>.

I've got 6, 10, and some gigantic size haha.. have go measure it.. it could be
the 14 inch like you have.. but that seems small when I think of the size of it
-  a Dutch oven, a chicken fryer, some other non-descript one that's like the
chicken fryer, but without the raised-ridges in the bottom <g> and a square-ish
cornbread type pan.

I would have loved to buy that house before they sold it and moved to Florida..
but the time wasn't right for us then.. And given the way taxes have gone in
Orange County, I'm kinda glad it wasn't the right time :)
