Excellent :)  That's about what we figure we'll do for Mom over here.. if she'd
rather not cook, that's no problem.  She's got to wait to move up here though..
the surgery she had this summer is giving her problems.. the insiscion is
healing from the outside in rather then from inside out.. until that insiscion
heals properly she doesn't want to have to go through explaining everything
she's been through to another doctor, etc.. she also has to have nurses change
the dressing everyday.  So we're watching how's she's doing closely.

Yes, that's true, and I know exactly what you mean (g).

My legs decided to really give me trouble this week.. it's probably from all
the weather changes.. one day frigid cold (well a shock from summer heat (g)),
and the next in the 70's..  Up and down.. if it would just settle in to one or
the other, it would be a whole lot easier on me (g). Amazingly aspirin did help
it though.. but I should call my doc in the city and pay him a visit..

No, since I have the wooden one, that's also not high up on the list (g).  I
want to get it though because of the difference in weight :)

we pretty much follow as many original Japanese and Chinese recipes as I can
find in cookbooks.. they're very neat :)
