That will last about 1 week once you have grandkids.. especially if you are a
grandPA... the boys seem to _delight_ in ramming Grandpa Ron right in the gut..
Requests like, 'Granpa, can we wrestle?' should definitely be avoided haha

Lol :)  Sounds like me sometimes :)  I really load up on it when we go there :)
Probably not the healthiest meal.

That sounds like the duck at the restaurant we all went to at the picnic.. I
don't remember if anyone ordered it that night.. China Star or whatever it was
named :) their duck tastes heavenly, and the plate seems quite full, but it's
master deception (g). It's also a little cheaper than $30.00 a plate, but I
don't remember the cost to be honest.

LOL!  You can't fool me!  I had them.. they brought to mind pond water and
tasted like it as well ;)

Ah..the sour cream bothers you a bit, I would guess.. but perhaps not since it
is simmered a bit?

===Frittata with Mushrooms===
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup onion, chopped
2/3 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup zuccini, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
3 teaspoons vegetable oil
5 large eggs
1/3 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup locatelli romano cheese, grated Heat the oil in a large skillet.  Saute
all vegetables in the oil.  Beat the eggs and cream, then add the salt, pepper
and cheese to the eggs.  Mix well and add to the vegetables in the skillet. 
Keep the skillet on low heat. Turn over on a dish when bottom is cooked, and
then cook on the other side.

This is my mom's recipe.. I normally avoid the half&half :)
