The glucosamine still works for me, at least in warm weather.

Next time you come here you can try raw 'roo.  At only 2% fat it is at
its tenderest when quite raw, and its unique flavour can then be best
savoured.

It is easy enough to steal sprigs of rosemary from the neighbours'
hedges when necessary.  The giraffes prefer the trimmings from the
rubber tree.  (Which reminds me, it is about ready for another pruning,
so I had better phone the zoo again...)

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Prune Cake
 Categories: Newsgroups, 28nov2001
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      3    Eggs
      1 c  Vegetable oil
  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Cinnamon
      1 ts Nutmeg
      1 ts Allspice
      1 c  Nuts
      2 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking soda
      1 c  Buttermilk
      1 c  Prunes (Cooked, pitted, and
           Cut up)
      1 ts Vanilla
 
  Blend sugar and oil. Add eggs and dry ingredients alternately with
  buttermilk, prunes, and nuts. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 3000 for 45
  minutes. While still hot, top with the following: 1 cup sugar 1
  tablespoon white karo 2 cups buttermilk 1/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon
  baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla Boil above mixture until it forms soft
  balls. Poke holes in cake with toothpick and pour over cake without
  beating. Best if topping is put on cake while there is about
       15    minutes of baking time left.
