Thats true.  The reason of thinking 3 was it's not but 6ft or so there and
there is an outlet (2 but one used by fridge) already.  6 whole feet of
countrspace here would be a god sent gift!

If I do the kitchen mini-job, the china cabinet has to move.  There will no
longer be wall space for it.

My thought was both at same time.  Latr, we have to have the carpets ripped
out and I have no clue what to do with our 'stuff' so have held off for now.
The 70Gallon fish tank is a particular problem to move.

For the future, we can, as it is we kinda like it wide open.  Remember
Janis's and shuffling about the island?  My kitchen is a bit like here but
with no island (grin).

Oddly there is one 100 yards from here but no sales to the public (drats).
