A fellow Yellowknifer eh?  I gather it's big enough Jim may not know her but
there might be a few places in common.

Gotcha fine here!  One of our folks is on radiation therapy and you'll see me
dribbling recipes at her.  We call her GA Ruth now but we still think 'Hawaii
Ruth' I am sure.  See, we have 2 Ruths, both with H as a last initial. 
Haffly now lives in Georgia and Hanaska (sp?) likes in CT hence, CT Ruth and
GA Ruth.

Now for Carol's, there is me (xxcarol or just xx) and Carol Bryant (lithsome
love of Michael Loo).

Anyways, welcome!  You'll see everything from fancy to simple, from chatter
to pure home lovin' food.  If you wish to avoid our version of being flambe'd
spell chili with one 'l' and only refer to clam chowder as clam chowder, if
it is new england style <wink>.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Easy Pasta Specialal
 Categories: Pasta, Easy
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1    15 oz can stewed tomatoes
      1 sm Can Rotel diced
           Pepper/tomatoes
      1    15 oz can French-cut green
           Beans
      1    15 oz can mushrooms stems
           And pieces
      2 tb Italian seasoning
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
 
  Mix it all together in a big saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for
  half hour or so.  Serve it over spiral pasta (fusilli) and top with
  FF parmesan. Delicious!

      3 c  Flour
      2 c  Raisin Bran
    1/2 ts Baking soda
      5 tb Brown sugar
  1 1/2 c  Hot water
      1 tb Cinnamon
 
  Add the ingredients according to the directions in your BM cookbook.
