Snagged it off!  My car can't pull better than a teardrop and hasnt a hitch
even for that.  Might look into rentals of such though.

Ok, I think I'll drive up though.

No that might suit well!  I have plenty of room for the 2 fat futons, as
well as having 2 airbed matreses with a battery pump (one is queen, think the
other is a single).  Not sure the other one is ok still, but the queen is. 
THey take little room in the car so I could bring them just incase we all got
to wine tasting and wanted to doss down vice drive <g>.

My back is fine with the fatter futons.  The ones i have are pretty close to
a 'memory mattress' in effect.

      Title: Turkey Creole
 Categories: Crockpot, Easy, Xxcarol, Turkey
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1    Onion, large diced
  1 1/2    Bell Pepper, diced
    3/4 c  Celery, diced
     24 oz Stewed Tomatoes
  4 1/2 ts Chili powder
    3/4 ts Salt (to taste)
      4 c  Turkey, cooked & cut up
      6 c  Rice, cooked
 
  Put everything except rice in crockpot.  Leave for most of the day.
  Serve over cooked rice. <How's this for simple?> From: Carol

      Title: Pizza on Rye
 Categories: Pizza, Kids, Easy
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      8 oz Tomato sauce
    1/4 ts Basil
    1/8 ts Oregano
      5    Or 6 slices of rye toast
      8 oz Sliced mozzarella cheese
           Parmesan cheese
 
  Mix the tomato sauce, basil and oregano and spread on 5 or 6 slices
  of rye toast.  Divide the 8 ounces of sliced mozzarella among the
  pizzas. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil until bubbly. For
  variety, I top my pizza with onions, pepperoni, and sometimes canned
  shrimp.
