I keep busy enough with Fido, e-mail and other things.  Haven't really
done any signifigant sewing since moving here but I want to change that.

Surprising how much running the stairs helped. We're trying to do more
walking now, even if it is mostly in conjunction with shopping.

If it can be done in a timely manner and the doctor is willing, you may
want to do it.  There will be some rough times but better than 2
separate rehab times probably in the long run.

I'm sure you've got lots of company.  For me, it started before I hit
50.
