Except for finding them.  We got some more information from the tour
company about the trip.  They said that the water over there is
drinkable (good to know) and some lunches will be on our own.  That'll
give us a chance to try some local food, I hope.

Very true.  I use that pan for a lot of things other than cakes so it
was well worth what I paid for it.  It nests nicely with other pans in
the drawer underneath the oven so storage isn't a problem either. (G)
