We've never had one ourselves...but there was plenty of kid and 
grownup power to crank that one at my grandparents! I have close to 50 
cousins on my mother's side...three on my dad's !

Wacky law here, mostly to keep teachers from retireing in one 
district and working in another after that. Sort of sucks but
that's the way life is sometimes!
