Oh so true!  But the better places are owned by folks who know how to
cook.

It just does not pass the sense check.  Are they that time crunched that
they couldn't have waited an hour or so?  Used the time to scope out
side stories or done anything useful?  Could the timing of the
shoot/crew arrival been an hour or so later?  Probably all kinds of
answers but not the one we really want to hear.  IIRC, he chats with
some of the patrons--would the place be totally empty if he shot later?
Was he reccommended to this place, by who and did that person know that
a shoot would be such a (fiasco)?  Inquiring minds want to know. (G)
