Bummer!  Sounds like it was a succession of subs--not the best for the
kids as most of the subs were nothing but babysitters.  Of course with
each one of those, the kids tried to get away with more and more
mischief & less and less work.  Pity the poor sub that came in near the
end and might have actually been qualified to teach but the class had
had their fill of subs.  Too bad Anne had to play ogre but the kids most
likely appreciated having her back. When I was in 2nd grade, our beloved
teacher was in a bad auto accident over Easter break.  We had a series
of subs for a bit, then one was hired to finish the school year.  She
wasn't our teacher--she knew it & we knew it so some kids really gave
her a hard time.

-> The evaluator should be an impartial one.  I know, not the way things
-> operate but my opinion.  Both you and the company should get copies of
-> the evaluation and suggested action.

So hopefully some sort of resolution can be reached.  Is the primary
doctor one who would be a strong advocate on your behalf?

Sigh!  So will Anne be retiring at the end of the school year?

Got lots of pretty hats & scarves lined up?  I think Steve was glad I
didn't lose my hair. I'd asked if he would go bald also; his response
was on the order of "it wouldn't be a pretty sight if I did.".

I know, but respect your physical limits.  Painkillers, even with
chocolate, every time there's a game, aren't worth the free admission.

That was 26 years ago; I don't remember.  I do know we stopped on the
way up in Castroville to buy a box of oranges (split with the other
couple we went with).  They were some of the best tasting oranges I'd
had until then.  We saw signs for the Artichoke Festival, and in Gilroy,
the Garlic Festival, but would be moving out of CA before either one
took place that year.

-> We don't listen as much as we used to.  But, when we do, it's "why don't
-> we listen more often?" sort of thing.  That's when "Into Tomorrow" (a
-> technology radio show) is on a different station.

That's about the way it is here too.  When we bought the Escape last
year, it had Sirius Satellite Radio activated.  As much as we traveled
in the time of the trial period, we enjoyed it enough to renew the
subscription.  On the way to/from NY we listened to a lot of 40s-70s
music as a break from Patriot Radio we usually have on for trips around
here.
