That's good.. I don't think I've ever heard of a 'wrist replacement' like you
hear of knee replacements.

We call it "air bread".. 'balloon bread' for a name works as well (grin).  I
bought a gigantic sack of soft wheat kernels along with red wheat (think that
was the other one) so I could grind more of a bread flour and pastry flour with
the mill I have.  It's tricky getting the proportions right, but I'm still
experimenting.

I did check the warranty on my Professional.. well over with :(  Kitchenaid
(even they were owned by Hobart) only offers a one year warranty for it's
mixers.  This one is at least 2 years old, maybe 3.  But I did see on their
site (in one of their msg. boards) that KA will replace that clip for the bowl,
so I'm going to contact them (one of these days (vbg)).

That's good.  Btw, I took down that older KA mixer and gave it a run.. It's
working fine now.  Ron says he did replace a gear in it, but I couldn't
remember that at all :) :)  Regardless, I'm keeping it around and am going to
play with it some probably tonight.
