Yeah, that's the best kind of event, food and beer everywhere.

Nice eggplant to begin with, but peeling and thorough cooking in
oil will ensure that the bitterness is minimized - and that even
people who don't "do" eggplant will enjoy it.

   The rest were

Got it right, but the secret ingredient in both reductions was Earl
Grey tea. The legs and wings got smoked, and the wings ended up in
the blackeyes.

 Some went into a crockpot of blackeye peas (wings I believe) and
 CS> much was turned to a duck broth we still havent had time to do anything
 CS> with on Monday.  Some of these were actually served Sunday.

Let me know what you do with the broth, which of course can be
treated like just any other broth.
