The udon will be gone within a day or so. The yam noodles got finished off
last night. Don had used 1/2 the pack then hidden the rest on me. That
means 'get more' around here!

Yes, but not all the time. Rice is more of a mainstay for us.

True, but Charlotte likes a variety of cereals so this would be ok with us.

I got turned off on yams too as a kid. Canned ones, just dumped in and
heated. Not the worst thing in the worlld, but hardly anything to inspire
wanting them again.

That matches, also a bit bitter another said (Jim Weller I think it was).

Sounds like one I wouldnt appreciate all that much. I think I'll investigate
turnips more fully instead. I know, 'stop playing with the food Carol'....

Got one now and the wait isnt as bad as I had feared. Tuesday, 15th at 0830.
Great time to have to hit the mid-town tunnel (groan) but I'll work it out.

Agreed. Well, it's happened so now looking forward is best. Yes, if they
can't fix it I'm golden for disability.
