That would be the place to find'em.  Oh I did notice we have a bigger variety
of chiles than I saw in Woolworths.  I only saw maybe 3 types there. 
Normally here you'll find at least 7 fresh types and more in the dried
 section, possibly 15 or more types?  I've been meaning to try dried
chilipotes since others descriptions tell me it's my level of heat.

They are normal things.  I havent had goose, just duck.  Not sure of the
exact flavor difference.

We got the black flesh chickens at my local asian grocery.  Also I saw quail
but they were very expensive at almost 7$ each. Not much bigger than my fist.

I can get most of that at my asian grocery, but no place else that I have
seen.

It's being looked into.  Some studies for Ethanol production but so far the
cost to make the fuel is too high?  NY State has some test plants using
alternatives to corn for ethanol and they even found a way to sell off the
CO2 byproduct gases for more profit.  Someone should ship them a few thousand
tons of kudzu to practice with ;-)

Definately.   I am not as fond of the farmed salmon but I figured out why. 
Most of it is the atlantic pink type and my preference is the pacific reds. 
I'm probably reacting more to the type of salmon than the quality of the
farmed fish on that one.  I still find it acceptable, just not as much so as
the other types.  But when wild caught can be over 8$ a lb, and farmed can be
as low as 2$lb, you can see where I'm headed!  The taste difference is not
that wide so garlic-butter fried, with onions, it works just fine.

Well, it's high summer there.  For here, pretty much deep winter has set in.

Not the pea trick, no ;-)  But the basmati is gonna get some whole spices
added so I can sorta enjoy a little aroma-therapy with my back heater!
