Kids?  Try Ron :) :)  He's an absolute big fan of pumpkin bread :)

Here's the recipe I use to make it, and it is really good:
===pumpkin bread===
Preheat oven to 350F

3 cups (840 ml) flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups (720 ml) sugar
1 cup (240 ml) vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup (160 ml) water
2 cans pumpkin or 30 ounces (850 grams) mashed pumpkin

I always bake my pumpkins (split in half with a long sharp knife) and then it's
easy to scrape the pumpkin from the shell.

In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients. Mix pumpkin, water, oil and eggs
together in another bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into dry mixture and mix
well (don't over beat it, or it will fall apart when baked.  Treat it like a
muffin recipe but combine well).  Pour into large 10" anglefood cake pan. Bake
1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of loaf comes out
clean. Cool before removing from pan.  Serves a lot of people :)

I bet :)  I think that is how we are as well.. we'll go in for say one thing,
or just to check it out, and we can't resist some of the neat tools we'll see
there :)
