Migraines can be really bad.  When we first got to GA, I was getting
them every couple of weeks, flooring me for about 6 hours after I
started with the meds.  Then I started taking a B complex and they've
not been nearly as severe or as frequent. Unfortunatly, I don't get the
aura to warn me; I just get slammed.


-> past Saturday that I'll be turning into eggplant parmesan shortly.  The
-> little ones we got last week were peeled; dredged in flour, egg, & bread
-> crumbs; then fried tonight.  Steve probably had about 2/3 of the total

Stuff them?  We're not going to GA this week end (foot surgery on Monday
for Steve is taking longer to recover from than he anticipated) so I'll
probably do my eggplant then.  Most likely one dish for now, one for the
freezer.

I'll eat either.  Last night I made a salad from my new Food Network
magazine.  It used all but half of the 4 (smallish) bell peppers I'd
bought at the farmer's market.  The other part, plus a banana pepper,
went into a saute of Italian sausage, pepper and onion.  Salad was less
than memorable; had dill (not one of Steve's favorites) and olive oil in
greater than needed quantities.  It also had tomato, cucuber, scallions,
fresh lemon juice and parsley.

Sounds like what people think of when they hear NY--they think of the
city and not upstate. (G)

Yes, and he snored!


Just rechecked--I goofed on the amount of olive oil.  We'll give it a
try again but omit the dill, sub basil.  I'll also use the normal amount
of olive oil and vinegar instead of the lemon juice it called for.



... I believe the technical term is OOPS!
