Sounds good to me.  We're supposed to have a couple of days this week

Yes, and she had the AC for when it got really hot (all those cooks
doing their thing).  We had no AC at either my parents or Steve's
brothers houses; there were several days when we really could have used
it.  Several times we took off at night for a drive in the air
conditioned car just to dry us out a bit (high humidity from being right
by the Erie Canal & old, water filled quarries).

We're more inland (about 150 miles) from the coast.  No sea breezes
(trade winds) to cool things off either.  That's why my pulminologist
said I had a rougher spring this year as the winds weren't there to blow
off the pollen.

It has potential--needs cumin, more cinnamon, possibly some tomatoes to
make it workable.  I've got a Morroccan chicken with couscous recipe
that I've made several times; should have realised this one didn't have
the spicing needed to make it work as written.

We've got both the grocery and big box hardware, within a few miles of
each other.  Hardware store gives the mlitary discount, grocery store
doesn't but has a gas rewards program that saves us a few pennies per
fill up from time to time.

Big city, big box stores? (G)  We don't have all of them in Wake Forest
but Raleigh does.  We're heading there on Tuesday for medical
appointments, followed by some shopping at Whole Foods Market and JoAnn
Fabrics.
