Whichever is the primary stay at home parent at the time in question. In
our case, I was home with the girls full time. Steve had a full time
job, was on the fire department & haz mat team and was a 2 nights a week
student. His job was 30 miles away, school 30 miles in the opposite
direction. I kept plenty busy running after 2 girls, keeping the house
in some semblence of order with meals on the table at reasonable times
and did some canning and sewing as time permitted.

I'd like to think so but know it won't be in this lifetime.

I don't think I've seen some of that at our market; it's a smallish one.
But, we do have a lot of grass fed beef, natural raised pork & lamb,
some goat, goat cheese, a bunch of different fruits & vegetables, baked
goods, honey, natural cosmetics, etc. One vendor specialises in garlic
and garlic products. There are also craft vendors of various types; if I
had the time to put together a good sized inventory, I could set up a
stand. Other choice to that is the annual craft fair and bake sale held
on campus every November. I might consider doing that in 2012.
