My parents have been in their house for 54 years; we're going to need a
dumpster or 2 to hold the stuff we will be tossing from their house. I'm
glad my brother has been chipping away at it as best he can when he can.
The next time I get up there, I'll try to get more cleaned out in the
kitchen as well.

Actually, a tentative change in plans. We've got to be in Phoenix June
14-15 for the Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting. Then Steve has
to be back in WF for Summer school beginning July 5. We'll spend some
time in southern AZ between the 2 visiting friends and networking, then
up to Phoenix for the next grandbaby's birth. I'll stay in AZ a few
weeks but be home by the latter part of July to get ready for school.

Making sure Anne won't eat them? BTW, if you made red beet eggs using
just the juice (a 50/50 juice and water mix) instead of the juice and
the beets, would that bother her allergy? I'm thinking that by the time
you diluted the juice with water and added the vinegar & spicing, the
beet component would be quite dilute. Maybe to the point where she could
handle it--that is, if she likes pickled eggs.
