I wear a seat belt if I am going to get frisky - or if I am driving a company
vehicle - since it is a job requirement. Other than that the nanny state has no
business telling me that I must "protect myself". That whole seat belt law
boola sheeta is driven by the insurance industry. A better solution would have
been to put a rider in all insurance policies specifying lowered pay-outs if
someone is injured/killed in a crash whilst not wearing their safety belt. Same
deal with helmet laws for motorcyclists. I wear my helmet more often than not -
but, in my state, at least, it's MY choice.

Actually, no, I'm not. I find much of his crap just that. As well as
disjointed, overly obscure and pointless. And as an author he'd make a good
janitor. Not a story teller at all.

      Title: Sangria de Vino Tinto (Red Wine Sangria)
 Categories: Beverages, Wine, Citrus, Booze, Fruits
      Yield: 1 litre

    750 ml Red table wine
      1    Orange; w/skin, 1/2" dice
      1    Lemon; w/skin, 1/2" dice
      2    Peaches; 1/2" dice
      1    Apple; 1/2" dice
      2 c  Club Soda, or 7up
      1 c  Brandy, Cognac, or Gran Marnier
      6 oz Can frozen lemonade concentrate
           Sugar
           Cubed Ice

  In a large Pitcher add the diced fruit and lemonade
  concentrate. Add the bottle of wine and allow the fruit to
  macerate from 30 minutes to several hours in the
  refrigerator. Add the Liquor, soda, and stir gently. Add
  sugar to taste and enjoy with ice!

      4 c  Fruit Juice (Cranberry works
           - well)
      1    Orange; w/skin, 1/2" dice
      1    Lemon; w/skin, 1/2" dice
      2    Peaches; 1/2" dice
      1    Apple; 1/2" dice
      2 c  Club Soda, or 7up
      6 oz Can frozen lemonade concentrate
      1 tb Grenadine or fruit flavored
           - syrup
           Sugar
           Cubed Ice

  In a large Pitcher add the diced fruit and lemonade
  concentrate. Add the Fruit Juice and allow the fruit to
  macerate from 30 minutes to several hours in the
  refrigerator. Add the Grenadine, soda, and stir gently.

  Enjoy with ice
