I understand. Had the last of the chicken & chick peas (for supper) I'd
made in our tagine when we first got it (too hot to use the oven much
now). Made sure I got some Lact-aid to help me with the beans.

I generally grab olive oil or a mix of olive oil & butter for frying
eggplant.

Man can only make feeble attemts to imitate God--and a lot of times even
those attempts end up in failure.

A good one for hot & humid weather as ours has been. Figures, I did most
of my canning on the hottest days this week but the peaches and tomatoes
needed putting up NOW!
