I think my BIL's family was from Kendall. He and my SIL are the ones
outside of Holley now. I knew a Van Orden (from a different branch,
lived in Holley) when I went to college; he was a year ahead of me.

I debated getting the grape one but the boldness of the red one got my
attention.

No harder than any other store out there. There's also no Jo-Anns or
Hancock Fabrics but I did find fabric stores. No Olive Garden but do
have Red Lobster in Honolulu. No Chik-Fil-A or Sonic but do have Zippy's
with Napoleon's Bakery. McD's is there (big time) but also lots of hole
in the wall Korean restaurants.

I went to one in Tucson with a friend (I'd seen the ads, we were up
there for a day of shopping so suggested we check it out.), then
introduced Steve to them. (G) He's not looked back; he likes them as
much as I do for certain things.

That's why we got the Giant one; Dale let us know that Boston butts were
on sale there. We picked one up and smoked it into kalua pork at the
Shipps this past summer.
