So far it's worked well....

-> That's hitting us now. Since I only did carrots, celery, mushrooms and
-> cucumbers as veggies, the first 3 will go into stew. Mixed up the cucs
-> with some finely diced onion, a bit of cream, red wine vinegar, oil &
-> S&P for a salad.

No salads here for a while yet...but 
we are looking forward to them!
