Perhaps we have a good franchisee of Domino's here - and *here* is the only
place I have had Domino's ... and that only when others have ordered the
pizzas. And I am going to surmise that both you and Ian were at a Pizza Hut
where the franchisee was exceptional, as well. In all three cases I suspect
that the principals of the locations would succeed in whatever part of the food
business they essayed.

Oh, OK. I often assume that since I am pretty free with garlic when using it
that others are the same. In this case I seem to have grasped the mooky end of
the stick.

Night before last I was at my long-time friend's home delivering his holiday
gift when he asked me to stay for supper. Spaghetti with red gravy. I demurred
for three reasons - I still had rounds to make, I wasn't hungry at that time,
and the big reason - the smell of garlic was overpowering, even to me.

Yesterday I was informed that it was maybe a good thing that I had scarpered
off. All who ate the stuff, save one, were in some form of distress or other.
Dennis with the Hershey waterfall, Stephen (his son, who made the grub) with
the same and cramps and the dog (who got leftovers) ralphed them back up an
hour later. Only the neighbour's kid, who had two plates of pasta and sauce,
was in fine fettle all day.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Pain Patate
 Categories: Puddings, Fruits, Potatoes
      Yield: 5 servings

      2 lb White sweet potatoes;
           - peeled, cut
      1 lg Banana; peeled, cut in 1"
           - pieces
      1 c  Brown sugar
    1/2 c  Seedless raisins
      1 ts Grated ginger
    1/4 ts salt
     12 oz Evaporated milk
      1 ts Vanilla extract
    1/2 ts Grated nutmeg
      1 ts Ground cinnamon
           Rind of 1 lemon; grated
  1 1/2 c  Coconut milk
      3 ts Butter

  ...another nice Haiti food recipe to try...! 

  Preheat the oven to 375øF/190øC.

  Grate sweet potatoes into mixing bowl and mash the banana
  into sweet potatoes.

  Add all ingredients (except 1 tablespoon brown sugar)
  mixing each ingredient at a time until each ingredient is
  fully blended into the mix.

  Spread evenly into 9x13 inch baking pan and sprinkle
  remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar over the top of the
  pudding.

  Bake for 1 1/2 hour or until toothpick inserted into
  center comes out clean.
