Sort of planned out, helps me keep my semblence of sanity. Got a few
more tweaks on the apron to make yet, today was spent on other work.
Among other things, starting to plan a baby shower for one of the women
in our Life Group.  The tentative date is set, have someone lined up to
do the cake, more to come. We also tried a new to us Mexican (California
style) restaurant today. They go for cilantro in just about everything
but Steve was able to get his chicken enchiladas without it. I'd ordered
the shredded beef but was served the chicken as well; they comped with a
free dessert. (They're training a new cook, new servers right now.) We
decided to split a new dessert to their menu, a chocolate flan. It's a
basic flan with a bottom layer of chocolate cake (about 1/2" thick) &
whipped cream topping. Told them it's a keeper. Fresh made chips and a
mild (slight bit of heat) salsa were on the table almost as soon as we
sat down. Worth going back to, probably for lunch some time before we
leave.

Two words--oy veh! He needs to keep a low profile the first few months
at least, then come out of his shell bit by bit, always watching out for
the big guys.
