I never think that far ahead. Doesn't work for me any more.

Well, I never actually believe him face value, but the working
premise is always that what he says is true, and then the chips
fall where they fall. So far, it hasn't been that much skin off
my nose.

Jewish Social Service Agencies. Probably the most effective
bunch in the area.

You're probably referring to the Nashville Symphony
anyway - those are pretty much vanity recordings (though
the product is pretty good, there's no chance they'll
ever make any money - they have to be funded by someone).

      Title: HERSHEY'S "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
 Categories: Cookies, Bar
      Yield: 48 Bars

  2 1/4 c  All-purpose flour
    1/3 c  HERSHEY'S Cocoa
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 c  Butter or margarine
           -- softened
    3/4 c  Granulated sugar
    3/4 c  Packed light brown sugar
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      2    Eggs
     12 oz HERSHEY'S Chocolate Chips
           -(Semi-Sweet)
      1 c  Chopped nuts (optional)

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In large bowl, beat
  butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla on medium speed of
  electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour
  mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.

  3. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10
  minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire
  rack. About 5 dozen cookies.

  PAN RECIPE: Spread batter evenly in greased 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch
  jelly-roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. 20 to 22 minutes or until cookie
  begins to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire
  rack. Cut into bars. About 48 bars.
