-> coming wedding. She was glad she was in the States so she wouldn't be

When I'm without Anne on a trip, I tend
to NOT do things...I get done what I need
to get done and then go back to the hotel 
and stay in my room. I'll get take out food
or do a drive through at a nearby fast food
place, but not really go and "do" much.

->  HN> some Spring Training games this month, as a
->  HN> "reward" for being there for her (as if I
->  HN> needed a reward for that!). I'm not terribly

Yep...for her spring break we are going to
go to Sandy Eggo for a week. Touristy and 
relaxing, pampering and enjoying. Sit under
a palm tree and look at the ocean. 
 
-> -> That's a new one for me; I've heard of chemo, radiation and pills but
-> -> not a shot. Hopefully not a painful one.
->

So far so good, not noting any
side effects yet.

-> My original oncologist basically said that it'll be a life long issue.
-> I'm getting over the activities of the week end but not being too active
-> this week. Not getting nearly all the cooking done I thought I would.

She came home from school pretty worn
out today, but only one more day till
the weekend and she can rest as much
as she likes.
 
-> -> How's school going for her? Up to full days or still only halfs?

->  HN> Today was her second day of "full days".
->  HN> Yesterday she came home fairly well
->  HN> exhausted, had a dinner of chicken
->  HN> stew and went to bed at 8pm! Woke up
->  HN> this morning feeling pretty good and
->  HN> we'll see how she does as the week

-> One day at a time. Still having a lot of drugs put into her system will
-> slow her down some. I couldn't get my regular multi vitamin the other
-> day so bought one that is supposed to be an "energy formula"; we'll see
-> if it gives me any more. I'm not holdning my breath that it will tho.

-> So was school delayed opening an hour or so? Standard practice out here;
-> they did it last month when we had a bit of snow (gone by early morning
-> but concerned about ice on the roads).

Nope, on time...and Anne made it to
school safely.
