And I did do one of the tweaks; I think I'll eliminate the herbed goat
cheese and add in something like Parm Reggiano or Pecorino Romano
instead. I'll also wilt the spinach in something like peppered bacon
fat. That should kick up the flavor a good bit.

Ouch! It always hurts to lose a baby.

IOW, not as big a rush. I was working on cutting out the smaller squares
for Audrey's Double 4 Patch quilt today. I need 108 purple, 54 each of
the green & pink, all 2 1/2 x 2 1/2. Got the purple cut and most of the
green but stopped to rest the wrist. I'm going to be doing a lot of
typing over the next few weeks so don't want to over do now. Plus, I
chopped cabbage for cole slaw earlier so its already had a work out.

-> I prefer my avocadoes in guacamole. Went up to a tavern type restaurant

The chipotle in this case didn't really add anything to the chicken.
Some might like it but it just didn't do anything for me.

There are times I'll use none, other times they're every 1/4" along a
tricky part.

 RH> A homemade sharps container?  Good idea.

Very good; I started doing it when we were in GA so I don't know how
many bent pins, broken needles and such like I tossed straight into the
trash before that. I keep my little pill bottle right up on the desk
with the sewing machine so it's easy to reach. Parts of some projects
will bend a lot of pins--but there's no way they can be assembled
without. Good thing pins are inexpensive.
