Had some of the set aside in fridge beef yesterday; it was as good as
the sample taste predicted. I finished it off today in a half sandwich.
The rest of the beef and pork are frozen, awaiting the time we want some
bbq without either spending the money to go out for it or taking the
time to smoke some up.

It's been less sleep for me lately.

I've never been to a drive in for a movie. Years ago, when we lived in
Swansboro, there was a flea market at the Jacksonville drive in. Got my
first dressmaker's form (dummy) for $10. there, had to give it up when
Steve went into the Army. Got another one a while back but it cost a
lot more than $10. (G) It's still in the box for lack of set up room in
this place.

I will be dropping back a bit for a few weeks. In order to get my
diploma on May 8, I have to have a lot of written work turned in before
then to be graded. Other option is to turn it in by the due date (May
14) and get my diploma after that. I'd still be recognised on the 8th
but would like to be able to have that piece of paper then as well.
Now's when the meals I've got squirreled away in the freezer will be
handy.

We got some good home made kraut a couple of years ago from friends in
PA. If we had a basement or something like that, I'd make kraut.

We go meatless from time to time, just as a matter of course in
experimenting with different foods.

So what type of noodles are these/what can I use as a sub?  BTW, found
some whole wheat lasagne sheets in Whole Foods last week; had only found
the white ones before. Snagged them to try after the semester is over.
