IOW, stay healthy and keep a sound mind as long as you can so you can
keep cooking for yourself. The only appealing thing about those meals
seems to be that there's no major clean up. (G)

Seems to be more common with the older folks. MIcrowaves are one of
those new fangled gadgets you need a college education to figure out.
(G) Of course no two successive microwaves are the same; there's always
a learning curve transitioning from one to another.  My mom and I have
the same brand but ours in a couple of years newer.  I have to rethink
how to use hers whenever we visit. (G)
