Not much in the way of used bookstores here oddly.

English classes stood me in good stead but little else really.

Yup.  If you can afford a limited time of more testing supplies, may want to
do a 2 week or so test of every 3-4 hours (awake time obviously) an record it
and what you ate.  You could have little lumps and bubbles going on and minor
adjustments of diet now make a huge difference later I am told.

I have to put off Wed.  Too much home life going on for this week.

Weekly eats but i may make daikon kimchee if I find another to go in on a box
with me.
