Rather sobering, especially considering how many people don't read
labels. Any wonder why this country has so many people with health
issues related to poor diets?

I know, you just don't think of those noodles as being fried. The ones
in a can, yes, but not the packets of Ramen (or equivalent).

OK, I know the time crunch factor all too well. Before I went to Raleigh
this morning, I put some boneless ribs & bbq sauce (made that yesterday)
into the baby crock pot. Made a salad (tomato/squash/feta) last night to
go with it. At supper time the ribs were fall apart tender. Had the last
of the corn on the cob to go with it.

Should, once I get the time to look. Don't know but it might be a moot
point now--but still will be good th have on hand, just in case......
